This policy covers the Broker DocFlow marketing website. The Broker DocFlow application has its own privacy policy, presented within the product.

What we collect

• Contact form details — name, email, brokerage, phone and message you choose to submit. We use them only to respond to your request.
• Analytics — with your consent, Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data (pages viewed, approximate region). Analytics never run unless you accept the cookie banner, and IP addresses are anonymized.
• Spam protection — form submissions are screened by Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect device signals subject to Google's privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not add you to a mailing list — a form submission gets you a reply, not a drip campaign, consistent with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Retention & your rights

Form submissions are retained as business correspondence. Under PIPEDA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@brokerdocflow.ca.
